The site itself was simple and easy to use, with actually helpful tips. Once connected to a video chat agent, the video and audio quality was a little choppy, but my estimated wait of 15 minutes was handled in less than 5. The agent herself was kind, efficient, and very professional. I still haven't resolved my issue, but that's entirely IRS screw up, ID.me made this part of the process so efficient, I'm stewing that this isn't being used in other areas of IRS.
