I have been trying to apply for VIC since 10/23/2022. I had great problems downloading something acceptable to VA. I finally found something accepatable and it was listed "Review Required". Now today I get an "Additional Information Required" There is NO description of what that additional information is. The emails should specify what is wrong with submitted items or what is required, not just 2 or 3 words of status.

The agent made it very understandable and simple. The instructions that were given to me made a lot of sense and weren't hard to follow. During a video call process and the video call process did not take long at all I was only on the video call for at least three minutes and that was very helpful.
