The process at ID.me was relatively easy. I did have a small problem because I recently changed my phone number I've had for 19years. The virtual verification process was quick and easy and made me happy that this process was extra protection from the fraud that takes place in our benefit programs. At first I was a bit nervous about getting an IRS notification regarding having to use my ID.me account. But when the time got here to actually start using it it was suprisingly very straightforward, simple and easy to use ( dummy proof, which is something I appreciate).
Other than that, the information you have easy access to is great. Love the fact that every time you log in it calls your phone number ( or sends a text, whichever you prefer)
