My experience was fast at first... then I had to figure out how to scan my state ID the correct way. I tried numerous times to get verification myself which was the fastest according to the web page. Unsuccessful, I had to proceed via the video verification option. The best part was that after I scanned/uploaded the required information-I had a wait time of thirteen minutes, unable to wait ID.me would hold my information for future verification for later. I logged back in no hassle a few moments after and was instantly connected to a representative.
