I have been trying for ten days to get an urgent issue resolved and they will not respond. They said they have escalated yet nothing has been done and have left unanswered emails sitting. There is no phone number to contact them and speak with someone. I would give 0 stars if possible. I'm still trying to get this resolved and still this is an urgency for me as this is needed to resolve a NYS claim
And they sit there and do not respond. Awful support.
