Having to photo my id cards with phone for good quality, and then email to myself, and crop down to card size would have been better done before starting the process. Other than that, the process went very smooth. Time estimates shown seemed to be spot on (i. E. 10 min wait for video agent) and may have been just a bit faster than that. My agent was quick, professional, and she gave me clear directions of what she needed with the camera verification of documents. I could not have been more pleased with the interaction. Thank you.

The self authorize documents never seem to work so you always have to verify via video call which can be a bit of a wait and inconvenient when busy.
