Unable to verify my ID for a new job because apparently I already had an account. Because I created another account it keeps saying I have a duplicate account even after I deleted the duplicate account it still wouldn't let me verify my identity as it kept going back to that previous account. There is not a person to talk to just to chat, bot! You have to submit a ticket and it takes forever for them to get back to you, especially if it's not on a business day and on a weekend.
In the end, when I could finally see, hear and communicate face to face with a professional and was capable of proving my own citizenship, I realaxed. And at the same point and time I got it. Yeah, but I said to myself... damn
