I purchased tires from Discount Tire. Although the purchase had to be online I was able to save over $30 (5%) on my four tires (this is not given in the store). Since I also had to pay state tax on the purchase the savings really lessens the blow and can add up with other vet discounts/savings over the year. Thanks for having ID.me for non-gov't useage too!
