I talked to a man who said his name is "Dion". He now has my personal information, ie., driver's license and social security number. He told me I would receive an email on how to contact the IRS. That didn't happen. So now there is another person who has my personal information and can actually ruin me financially. This ID.me didn't help me in any way, shape or form. Not sure why they want a five star rating and this is second time I have rated them with a one-star. I don't have anything good to say about the service I received because I didn't get any service from them other than to have been scammed.
