I was on the IRS.gov website, checking on my information, when I saw this "ID.me" being suggested for me to sign up to make it easier to check on my Online Account. Although it took me all afternoon and into the night, because I had stopped to cook dinner and eat, then I came back to it, I finally received a call from an agent and he was very pleasant. There are documents you have to upload onto your computer, and I was having a problem with one of them, so that's one of the reasons it took me such a long time. But over-all it is a good & secure site.
