My identity was stolen last year and it took forever to resolve if resolved at all. My regular email address was suspended, uploaded many verifying documentation, no real response and NEVER can get a real person on the phone to even check if my credentials were received. Very hard to resolve anything when your identity gets stolen by criminals. Makes it hard for honest people to get on with life.
