Once you start the process on your own. You will be guided to upload your ID of choice. If you get prompted to continue with a Video call, don't get discourage. It might be, extra insurance for proof of ID in the hands of the correct person.
The ID.me personnel is patient, approachable and professional. Be sure to have your documents at hand to show up for. Also, I tried using my mobile device, but laptop or computer with video and audio, will be much better experience. Once connected appropriately, you will be asked a few question, and then proceed to show in real time, the ID you uploaded to the system.
Very important to have the app for ZOOM available, in case of need. You will thank me! The process was very quick, but you need to be prepared, remember that always. After that should be piece of cake.
