It was a little confusing at first. But you can't go further if something is not right! I loved the fact that I could do it from the comfort of my home, in my pjs, in the evening! The gentle who did the video chat verification was professional and I could easily understand him (no heavy accent). I do mean to offend anyone as I am from the South and have a little drawl myself, but I try to speak clearly. Anyway he was professional and polite. The process was quit.
