I've been using Ibotta for over a year, and they always come through whenever I have an issue, which is rare, but it happens. Their customer care is fast and friendly, and I have never been disappointed. In addition to the cash back offers, I purchase their gift cards, which is another great way to save money.
I purchased Purdue perfect portion chicken breast and didn't revive the credit. I even scanned it and it was the correct product and still didn't get the reward. Not good
Recently the App has been experiencing many glitches resulting in users not being reimbursed for offers. The process to notify the company of missing offers is cumbersome and time consuming. Most recently when I contacted the Ibotta regarding missing offers, my account was inactivated. I reached out to the company to inquire why, and I was informed the inactivation was an error on their end. After reactivating, my account did not reflect the offers I originally submitted a ticket for. Ibotta requested I resubmit a ticket with a written list of all the offer, bonus', and amounts. Time consuming, I had multiple offers missing. Whereas the company years ago was worth using, the inconsistency of the app, missing offers, the cumbersome communication process, and difficult customer service has ruined this program.
Forgot to check if certain items were list with cashback in the app, my lost. No worries, Ibotta reminded me and my cash found its way to my account. Thanks so much for all you do for your members. Every little bit makes a difference.
I have been a fan of IBOTTA for a while now. Getting cash back on my everyday grocery items helps me tremendously. Recently there was a glitch with a system error and I didn't not receive my cash back for a large order. The customer support team at ibotta worked diligently making sure I received the cash back I earned 😎 thanks so much! Proud member of ibotta!
I had an issue with drawling my funds, after emailing a support agent I was promptly assisted and had my issue addressed and resolved.

Ibotta is a great money back app. They are very efficient and accurate. Customer service is very prompt if there is a problem.
It's really unfortunate each time I order from chewy I use autoship for even more discounts. Each time I order I have to wait until I get my Ibotta cash back & then go into my Chewy account and cancel my autoship because you don't get credit on Ibotta for the next autoshipped order. I think I'm upto #53 on my autoship orders. Each time it's a new number. Lot of hassle.
Very difficult to use Chewy. Don't always get credit. Can't use Ibotta & autoship & get discount.
Love the items offered, hard to take pictures of receipt and get cash reimbursed

The good news is that many retailers allow you to link your store loyalty card to your Ibotta account for automatic cash back. Check the app for retailers offering this option!
I alerted Ibotta that they did not credit me the rebate for an item I purchased on my latest receipt and within hours had my rebate credited to my account. That is fast customer service! Thanks Ibotta!
I LOVE Ibotta! They make it so easy to earn rewards, they even remind you when you're linked to an account if you've missed savings. You just can't beat it. If you're on the fence and looking for an app to save and earn, I'm telling you, Ibotta is THE ONE
I had a receipt that didn't scan the offer. I emailed staff about the issue. They helped me get my cash back offer On my account. They were nice and polite.
I will randomly not get credit for items, seems mainly at Dollar General. I do all the steps and will not receive rebate. Contacting customer service and actually getting a response is way to difficult. Took me 7 times, 3 ways of contact and we'll over a week to get a response. I am a loyal user and this issues shouldn't occur or take so long for response.
I have been using Ibotta for almost two years now. It is by far the best rebate app available. The rebates available on the app are unmatched and customer service is top notch. If there is ever a problem with a transaction they are quick to respond and always willing to help correct the problem.
Had to change my email address last year. I have had the same phone number for many years. Updated IB with new email, but now I can't withdraw because it says my phone number is used on another account (the old email).
Finally got my issue fixed logging into my account. The email I was using was full and could not verify my account until I had cleaned my inbox. I'm glad the tech team continued to try to help me out with my issue.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.

We took a look at your account and added $1.00 and $1.00 cash back to your earnings.
The cash back was applied manually for the PERDUE® PERFECT PORTIONS® Chicken Breast offer and Weekend Cash Dash bonus. When we do this, it won't update your original 03/14/25 Piggly Wiggly Midwest transaction. Instead, a new transaction will be created indicating you received manual cash back from Ibotta.
Because you earned cash back from an offer that needed to be added manually, the app won't show your updated progress toward the bonus. But don't worry, we're keeping track! You've now redeemed 10 out of the 13 offers needed to earn your Flourishing Funds bonus.
