I have used Ibotta for a couple of years. When I first started using it, there were better opportunities for cash back. Now it's 5 cents/ 10 cents for things. Not really a savings these days. I also do not like that you cannot get cash back if a store offers cash back for the same item. Sometimes I do not use the card I have linked to my store and would just like to get the cash back from Ibotta. But it is a whole process to do that. If I put in for cash back I should get it.
I purchased an item on my grocery order and didn't realize Ibotta had an offer for an item. I was notified that I missed one and was given the opportunity to add it after the purchase. Thank you, Ibotta!
My usual purchases are normally processed through the use of my store rewards card, but this time that did not happen. I knew there was a way to resolve the issue, but it was difficult finding the options in the app.
It's been at least 5 times I've attempted to withdraw my funds and it tells me they've disabled my account to keep my funds safe and that I need to contact support. So that process takes 48 to 72 hours for them to resolve the issue, meanwhile I have bills to pay and can't access the funds that I rightfully earned. They're response every time is not from a person but from a bot telling me the same thing every single time. It's too bad because this is such a great app great deals great way to earn extra income through shopping for items that you're already going to get, but when it comes to customer service and how they value their loyal customers they are mediocre at best. I am currently searching for another platform that offers the same deals because when I need to withdraw funds to pay for important things that affect the welfare of my family I can't be at the mercy of a company that doesn't even have the respect to deal with me human to human but instead throws a bot at my grievance an act as if the issues that I have to keep on dealing with on their app is unimportant. People have lives, people are trying to survive, and honestly you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for your total lack of empathy towards the customers that are allowing you to make a living and live as comfortable as I'm sure you probably are living.

I have been using this app for 4 years and have earned over $4k. It's easy to use and the customer service team is top notch. Anytime I have an issue, they respond quickly and explain things so I understand what the issue is, I always have my issue resolved right away. Love this app and recommend it to everyone!
Best app to earn money so far, It's pretty simple and very easy to use
Ibotta is great to use to offset rising costs. Their customer service team is also awesome, always get back to members promptly and with satisfaction. They are great to work with on any questions or receipt issues.
You need to read recipes a lot better. When people get rang up for 2 or 3or 4 or 5 of the same product and the cashier puts it all under the same one heading but you can clearly see that there are more than one of th same
Product. It is so frustrating no getting the full credit requested because someone cannot read the
Receipt.
I had a problem with the app not recognizing the bar code on an item to receive the cash back. I was able to submit a request with photos to show what was purchased. It was easy and my request was investigated quickly and resolved. Very happy with the ease and the quick response.
I forgot to log onto Ibotta before ordering items from CVS on-line. Less than a hour later Ibotta notified me that I left "money on the table" and gave me 24 hours to claim it.
Earned money on things I already buy. Website took awhile to figure it out but eventually I figured it out. I love saving money because I'm on a very tight budget.

I have been using this app for years, recently I have been unfortunately coming into several issues with the app. What I will say though, if it happens on a weekend then yes you'll have to wait until a weekday for your issue to be addressed in most cases, but when it happens during the week one thing I have never been able to complain about is the customer service and support it is absolutely excellent and they go above and beyond to fix any issue or matter!
I bought 2 bunnies only credited with 1 purchase missing$1.50
My CVS account is linked to my Ibotta. Not sure how the number of items purchased were miscalculated, hence the rebate amount. When I brought it up to customer service's attention, there was a radio silence for almost 5 days. Then reps were not versed with the complained and stated some obvious irrelevant statements. I asked them to thoroughly read my complaint in order to appropriately respond to it. 2 more days have passed. I missed my bonus deadline but finally got the missing $2. So no, I'm not happy with this case's service.

The fee charged makes me want to stop using Ibotta. I was also never informed there was a fee.

Shopped at Walmart through my Ibotta account and my cash back on all of my offers were not applied. I only received the percentage for my entire purchase. I contacted Ibotta support and informed them of the problem. They responded within the time frame and asked me to send them screenshots of my purchase with timestamps and delivery times and also any subs. I also listed the offers I claimed. They gave me all my cash back without hassle. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend Ibotta to anyone I've been using this app for years now and it really pays!
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
