I had an offer that was on an item on a linked account, which I verified was still active right before I went into the store and made the purchase. The credit didn't appear after two days, but the offer, itself DISappeared before I was able to screenshot it or contact support. So I wrote to support for help, got a response early the next morning, and by about an hour after I responded with the necessary proof of purchase, support had worked its magic and credited my account. Thank you for the fast response!
