I purchased 2 items at my local grocery store and usually check the offers before checking out to make sure they are there. After receiving an alert that I got cash back for the offers, I realized I only received credit for 1 of the items. After contacting ibotta, they explained that the offered had expired but still added the earnings and credited my account. This was really nice for them to do.

Ibotta can be very genuine with those who are honest when using their platform, but they can implement rules strictly against those who cheat them. As long as you are honest with your receipts and submissions, Ibotta will also go over and beyond to give you extra rewards for your patronage.
I enjoy shopping for products that are name brands and can save up through the year and redeem for the holidays.
I love this app and I love all the bonuses it gives you. The one thing I don't like at all is that you cannot get a physical gift card to give to people for gifts when they have a special on gift cards. This is some thing I definitely think should be changed.
