Have been using this app for years. The offers have decreased considerably from years ago but it's still a great deal. There are also a great many more stores/websites available now. Read the offers CAREFULLY and double check size/weight of offers. Customer service is only available via email but they are second to none! All issues I've ever had were handled quickly and politely. Its always nice to save a little for items you're going to buy anyway. Each little bit definitely adds up so pay attention to the weekly "Any Brand" offers. 100% worth the few seconds to select offers before shopping & get cash back

Aside from getting the 4% cash back (which had been added to my list)on a CVS purchase, I also got the cash back after submitting a request for the same transaction on the product which I missed to add to my list. I got the positive response in less than 24 hours.

Contacted Ibotta help about missing cash back, told them what cash back I was missing and they asked for a copy of the receipt. I emailed a copy of my receipt and they credited my account immediately.

Where I live all CVS stores are called Long's Drugs. The app. Did not recognize my receipt as a CVS receipt and would not issue $5.00 cash back. I sent an email to customer service, with a picture of my receipt, explaining the CVS/Longs name difference and I got a return email within 30 minutes acknowledging my request and two days later my account was credited. I must say, I was miffed, at first, that this had to be done by email but now I know that Ibotta's service team addresses issues in a most timely manner. I'd say, faster than any other time that I have had to send a service request to other vendors. If you ever have cash back that you know you are due, you can expect to get it within 2-3 days or sooner.
Today I recorded $42 dollars back on my grocery purchase … not only did I recieve $ on the items purchased but I received money for redeeming a number of offers! I had overlooked checking off an item the other day on a purchase and ibotta sent me an email and allowed me 24 hours to claim it! It's like getting free money! I love ibotta!
