Having my super market accounts linked is awesome because I forget to put my receipts in a lot actually. This seems to be an amazing tool. I've not yet cashed out, may need an update on my review at a later time. But I would totally recommend to anyone that buys anything lol

I made a purchase at Best Buy using Ibotta shop. I was supposed to receive 1% for my purchase after the 7 day verification process. After waiting approximately 2 weeks for cash back, I reached out to Ibotta Care.They quickly responded to my email, and after verifying my purchase information they determined there was a technical issue, and due to the inconvenience, they provided the cash back. The support team was very courteous, and took my concern seriously.
