I do not watch TV so apps like Ibotta have the products that I test out because I basically get a discount on them. I have found so many new products on Ibotta that I now get every time I go to the store.
Apps like Ibotta are rare. Sure all of them tell you that you can get money for jumping through hoop A, B and C but mainly never come through or you find out then you have to go through to Z. Ibotta isn't like that. They have the products on their app and if you get any of those products you get money back. It's that simple. It is really easy to make sure you have the right product because the app also can scan the upc code and tell you if it is the right one. Also, they also have the category any brand such as trash bags so then it doesn't matter which brand of trash bags you get you still get money back. They also have any receipt which means buy anything get money back. Thanksgiving must be their favorite holiday because they give away free food. I got a free turkey from them 2 years ago. How that worked is I went into my local Walmart and bought a turkey. They then reimbursed me for 100% of the cost. And that is only one of the many items they did that for. I will finish this by saying remember how I told you that there are some apps that give you money for jumping through hoop A, B and C? Well Ibotta is like that except there is no B and C and with A rather than jumping through a hoop it is more like walking over a piece of string placed on the ground in front of you.
I submitted a ticket to the Ibotta team for a missing offer over the weekend, fully expecting it to wait until Monday. Nope. This lightning fast team had the issue resolved before I went to sleep that night. The team member was friendly and helpful. Exactly the kind of customer service Ibotta is known for. 15/10.
I just want to send some kudos out to Ibotta! They were of tremendous help to me. I had an issue with a coupon and they more than helped me get that straightened out. They also helped me understand more about how the coupon redemption works. So I have more knowledge and also a redemption that I thought I would not be able to get. The people I interacted, with through emails, were amazing. They were VERY friendly and so willing to get my issue solved in the best manner. I feel so relieved and also, got my coupon redeemed. They made this so easy and not stressful at all. Thank you Ibotta. You guys are the best and you have excellence and integrity.

It seems like here lately I am submitting a request because I didn't receive the cash back from my purchase. However they credited my account accordingly.
I love Ibotta, the cash backs and bonuses are awesome. I definitely recommend to people who love coupons and savings on items they buy.
I'm frustrated because I can't reach customer service to re-link my telephone number so I can transfer my earnings. No one responds when I chat.
Checked Ibotta before I went to the grocery store to make sure which available offers I wished to use. I'm able to verify products while in the store. Once home, scan the receipt and by the next day money in my account.
The ai is always wrong and they double down and refuse to honor their end of the deal.

So, I've been using Ibotta for several years and I love it! I had a slight problem with missing cash. I emailed the team and received an email back and explained to me the situation and why it was missing. It was my own fault and nothing to do with Ibotta, but they added the money to my account. They didn't have to buy it was thoughtful that they did.
I had two instances this week where my cash was not applied. I sent and email and it wasn't even 24 hours for either situation that it was solved.
I have used the app for a while and I love it. Customer service is really helpful and great at responding in a timely manner. Thanks for the support!
I submitted a request because I was missing ib cash back and the team let me know that I received Walmart cash back because I'd selected it at some point. I really appreciate their quick and professional response to my request.
I had a couple of rebates that didn't go through as they should. My store is in the process of changing their cash register receipt program, which probably led to the problem. The Ibotta team was quick to respond and get all of my issues resolved quickly. Excellent program and service!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
