Got deactivated and was super devastated. But so thankful i reached out due to being it a mistake. After receiving a response Kit T, was very nice and he gave me a courtesy to restore my account. So grateful as in I just made it to 1k club.
There were several problem. Somehow when I went into my app it would not let me in said I had no balance. I had a large balance. So I signed into my account as usual but it created a second account which I did not want. They guided me through what happened and how to fix it. I now have my original account back.
Once again they helped me quickly and pleasantly. I was missing cashback and they helped me sort it out.
I've been using Ibotta since September 15,2023 and I absolutely Love it! It's fun, free, easy to use, great cash back, with such kind, courteous, and prompt customer service. Ibotta is an app I hope is around for many years to come!

I met the chalenge of doing 13 ofers o purshases yesterday to get a $5.00 reward 12 may 2025. I made 14 and I did not get the reward. Very frustraded with it. I will think twise before doin it.
I tried 3 times to turn in my Costco receipt to get $5 back from Ibotta for the 2-8 can boxes of Bush Black Beans and Garbanzos. I'm still waiting to hear back from Ibotta and see the $5 show up in my account. I scanned the products, scanned the boxes and everything else that I was told to do. When I did get a reply from Ibotta, they made it sound like the beans weren't on my receipt. I even scanned the boxes before I purchased them, while I was still at Costco. I've been a loyal user of Ibotta for 10+ years. Please allow me to get what is due to me. Thank you.
I love using this app. It's easy to earn points and if there's a problem, they support staff are excellent and very helpful.

I'm still waiting for the recent receipt submission completed on Saturday, 05/10. Also, it's extremely frustrating having to repeatedly submit grocery receipts when at the initial photo taken gets green confirmation on all three required qualifiers.

I was missing cash back on 3 items and contacted support. After some discussion I was awarded the cash back.
My older son is autistic and is with me when I do the grocery shopping. Since we started using the ibotta app I have noticed he is enthusiastic about the shopping and excited about finding the various offers. The variety of offers have engaged him on a level where is willing to try new things. This has benefitted my family so much more than financially.

For months now you have refused to let me withdraw my earnings. You say it's temporary but its been about 4 months.

I was missing cash back and Joel was above and beyond with making sure my issue was fixed. I didnt know you couldn't earn cash back through the stores AND Ibotta, so just a heads up if you use Ibotta, only make sure you are redeeming cash back through their app.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
