I have contacted customer service a handful of times with difficulties with some of my cash back on items that I have added to my list and for whatever reason the item(s) did not register with my Ibotta account. I would contact customer care after reviewing the details and waited 72 hours. On a regular basis I have gotten messages back that were very vague and basically saying "oh yeah read this article and it should help". This does not fix or help with what I am contacting you about. So after a few back and forth with the customer care I would finally get a solution. But overall just very frustrating when you feels like the customer care reps just hand you articles to read and a vague "fix" just to get you off the list. I get frustrated everytime I contact customer care and know that it's going to be a little bit of a hassle to have a solution to the issue.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this app. I love the cash back and any time I have contacted a representative, they have been courteous, responded quickly, and corrected everything immediately. I recommend Ibotta to everyone I know.
I'm pleasantly impressed by the utility of Ibotta's customer service. The chat bot powered front end transition to an emailed based customer support conversation has gone very well any time I've needed them! Makes me more comfortable recommending their product!
I tried several times to log in and the screen would revert back to the log in screen. The Ibotta support desk (Ronni) gave me several suggestions to try and one of the suggestions worked.

I have been using ibotta for quite a few years now. Over the years, the app has been very useful to me, especially with integration of walmart purchases. I also use the app for my Sam's Club purchases and have received over $1500 dollars cash back so far. The app is easy to use and customer service is easy to talk with via email. When I had my Walmart account linked and I had missing cash back notifications, it only gives you 24 hours to add the missing cash back. I am not able to check my email every day. Why don't you give the same amount of time for unlinked accounts of a week versus 24 hours to add missing cash back. Are you really that stingy that you can't let an extra $. 50 or a dollar get added past 24 hours?

I was missing some rebates on a shopping trip that I submitted for and the customer service team was on top of it with an answer and solution in approx 24 hours. They took the time to explain to me where and what the issue was and the solution was 100% satisfactory. I would recommend anyone to go the distance and download the IBOTTA and start saving today! They really are there to help you in this economy with savings and their customer service is top notch.
Withdrew $20.00 from balance for a Kroger Gift card in which I had a issue using. After speaking with the store customer service with no help, Ibotta customer care refunded the $20.00 and cancelled the gift card. They were very helpful,

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
