I absolutely love this company. I have supplemented my children ls christmas gives with the amazon gift card balance at the end of every year for over 8 years now. They have amazing customer service and are very quick to respond and they have always given missing credits in a very fast time frame.

I was having issues with one of my purchase and Jill helped me the whole way, answered all my questions. I've never had any issues with their customer service so I'm very help with the service :)
I needed assistance with a refund and was settled in less than an hour! My love the app hadn't really used it lately and I thought this was the reason I was struggling but everything was solved quickly.
Josh was great, he responded to my ticket within the hour and resolved it. He provided full details regarding my inquiry to reduce back & forth emails.

Give it a try and the best part is, no papers coupons to save and find. Occasionally you may need assistance like I did today. I have been with iBotta since shortly after they came out with this great app and it's great to see how far they have come and what a great job they have done with this app.
Did not get my cash credit. Spoke with customer service and they credited my account. They were fast at responding and my account was credited in minutes
Not only have I saved A TON of $ over the past 5 years ($1.5k savings member) but their customer service is great. They always do the right thing in trying to get you any missing credits. It's fun to use and discover new items to try as well as savings on things I buy all the time.
It never fails, When I submit my receipt it always says no cash found Right there and then I know I will not got ALL the money. I continually have to "fight" and continue to send emails to get the money due me. This is obviously an issue on your end. I really wish you would fix the program I have been told it's because My app is Old and I have to Refresh I have done that and the problem continues!

Ibotta has been such a game changer in my everyday spending. The Rebates are amazing when they hit my account. Also anytime I ever had issues with missing cash back or any type app issues Customer Serivice was big help! Very understanding and were able to fix and credit me my missing cash! 👍🏼

I have contacted customer service a handful of times with difficulties with some of my cash back on items that I have added to my list and for whatever reason the item(s) did not register with my Ibotta account. I would contact customer care after reviewing the details and waited 72 hours. On a regular basis I have gotten messages back that were very vague and basically saying "oh yeah read this article and it should help". This does not fix or help with what I am contacting you about. So after a few back and forth with the customer care I would finally get a solution. But overall just very frustrating when you feels like the customer care reps just hand you articles to read and a vague "fix" just to get you off the list. I get frustrated everytime I contact customer care and know that it's going to be a little bit of a hassle to have a solution to the issue.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this app. I love the cash back and any time I have contacted a representative, they have been courteous, responded quickly, and corrected everything immediately. I recommend Ibotta to everyone I know.
I'm pleasantly impressed by the utility of Ibotta's customer service. The chat bot powered front end transition to an emailed based customer support conversation has gone very well any time I've needed them! Makes me more comfortable recommending their product!
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
