I was missing cashback from a walmart receipt I had already submitted. I couldn't believe I didnt catch it before hand. But Ralph from the customer service team almost immediately replied to my email apologizing for the mistake and said he credited my account the $2 missing cashback. I was amazed how fast and simple it was. Ibotta is amazing and puts so much money back into my pocket.!

For some reason, the receipt from Amazon Fresh could not go through Ibotta portal like many others. I have had couple of issues with cash back being delayed. However, the service team took care of it seriously and promptly. I really appreciated it! I hope that they can figure out one more efficient way to process cash back offers at Amazon Fresh (one of my favorites), but I would give thumps up to their team! Many thanks!

I was missing Cash Back on an item I purchased. I let Ibotta know about the issue and they responded with in 5 minutes and credited my account. Very good to deal with and quick responses.
Ralph was quick to respond and reassure me that I had received the credit I thought I was missing. His response helped me to realize that I did in fact receive the rewards I thought I was missing so that was great!

I bought two items at dollar general that had Ibotta offers but I messed up the deal because I forgot to add something to the transaction. So I got a refund, grabbed a couple different items but still kept the two items that I had for Ibotta. I knew the money would be reversed so I messaged them asking about it and they saw i rebought the items and gave me the money back. They were very fast too at responding. I love Ibotta!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
