I have been using Ibotta for many years. Apparently I linked my Sprouts frequent shopper number to my account because I received an email today telling me I had made a purchase that would give me a five dollar rebate. I did not look on Ibotta before I shopped, I just went in and bought some probiotics that I needed. The email gave me instructions on how to go into the app and retrieve the five dollars to my account. I couldn't be happier!

When no other customer service rep would help, I had one that did. Ian P really went above and beyond in helping solve my issues with Ibotta. You buy something that is in the app and it says the barcodes don't match, when you have the exact same one posted. No response through the app from anyone until Ian P got my request. I really appreciate having a customer service rep that shows they care. CSR at its best!
I went into Walgreens and by the time I got back out my Purex rebate disappeared. I contacted support and within a few hours they credited my account. Excellent customer service

I waited more than three days for a receipt to be reviewed on items that should have been approved. I scanned my items before purchase just to double check and they all gave me a green mark. I bought four different types of vitamins at CVS for my family, all were approved for cash back. Upon submitting my receipt, only two out of the four were given cash back. I should have received six dollars for all four of them.

I love that the costumer care team does reply and respond back to you. Also costumer care team does look into any question or matter. I have only reached out to costumer care team on 2 different occasions and both times they responded right away and was able to address my issue or questions.
I had some trouble with redeeming a couple of items I had purchased at Giant eagle. I submitted my ticket with supporting screenshots and in just a few hours customer service helped me!

The app has a glitch sometimes it doesn't recognize the quantity of purchased drinks at the bar, but when you contact customer service they always help very fast! So overall experience with the app is excellent! The last time I have been helped by Pinky V! Thank you ibotta for helping us earning cash back on any kind of purchases!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
