I had a receipt that was apparently illegible and Ibotta contacted me to let me know. Unfortunately I had "made" a decent amount of cash back on this transaction and hated to lose it. I still had the receipt so attached photos and sent back to Ibotta; they cleared everything up and had the cash put back into my app!

I have been using the Ibotta app for 6 years now. Very seldom do I have an issue with rebates but when I do they handle their business! If you are not using Ibotta for cash back I don't get it! This is a honest and straightforward statement. No incentive.

I usually do not enjoy not being able to call and discuss an issue, however, Ibotta is the first app that I did not get frustrated. Response time was exceptional, and the issue was resolved, and NOT needing to make a call.

Every time I buy more than one of an item I almost never get the cash back. On my last Publix receipt I clearly have Promised Land milk, one chocolate and one strawberry. Both qualifying items, yet I only got credit for one. Tried scanning bar codes, but no luck. This is frustrating when using your app.
