This app is hard to navigate and understand how to get the most from it. Also, I have earnings that just don't add on to my total anymore. Not sure why. I couldn't use my earnings at Walmart like I did once before. Don't make sense or cents!

I signed up with Ibotta over a year ago bit never used it. My daugther in-law recently explained how it works. I thought I would give it a try. So far impressed on how it works. I actually have cash in my Ibotta account.

As I live in a small city, and have very limited stores to shop in I'm so disappointed that IBOTTA Does Not list independent stores. I have to shop the sales at an independent store but lose cash back because of that. Our main corporate store is Walmart and sometimes their prices are higher and poor quality. Having store options is 2 hours away and that is just 1 way. IBOTTA DO BETTER PLEASE!

I had a receipt that was apparently illegible and Ibotta contacted me to let me know. Unfortunately I had "made" a decent amount of cash back on this transaction and hated to lose it. I still had the receipt so attached photos and sent back to Ibotta; they cleared everything up and had the cash put back into my app!

I have been using the Ibotta app for 6 years now. Very seldom do I have an issue with rebates but when I do they handle their business! If you are not using Ibotta for cash back I don't get it! This is a honest and straightforward statement. No incentive.
