I bought Coors light because there was a Molson Coors bonus. Scanned the carton and it was good. Maybe bonus takes a while but I thought I would see it pending. Hard to navigate disputes.

I use this regularly. Rarely do I need customer support, but when I do, they are great. Responsive and friendly.
After I was missing points for online purchases, Sophia came to my rescue and answered my questions. She was able to pinpoint what happened with my transactions and explain to me what happened. I really appreciate her taking the time to do that. I recommended reaching out to Ibotta Customer Care, they listen and help.

Contact customer care, Ibotta is a great app. Always very helpful and quick response time
There was an error made in a rebate I submitted on Ibotta. I contacted their customer service. When their FAQs didn't fix the issue, I took advantage of their offer to contact them. I wrote a brief email describing the issue. Within an hour, I got a positive response and the problem was fixed. I was so impressed. I subscribe to several rebate sites and this is the best, most personal attention I've received. I had a negative experience with CoinOut a few weeks ago. Never did get it resolved.
If I need to contact customer service, they always get back to me in a timely fashion!
I've been a long time Ibotta user and the customer service often times is excellent, including the help I got from Jay!
My loyalty account wasn't working and I missed a bunch of rebates. I reached out to customer service and they had me remove my loyalty account and then added it back. They then asked for a list of the rebates I missed, confirmed them via the receipt and put the money in my account. Very quick and easy.
I first was introduced to Ibotta a few years back. I was skeptical at first. It certainly has been great getting money back. I use towards gift cards cards. Come in very handy at Xmas when money is tight

I had reached out to Ibotta I believe a day or two ago. The service I received had been wonderful and very helpful! They were able to resolve an issue I had since of March, (not realizing I had been missing cash back for that long lol). I did my best on giving what was asked for and was missing the receipt... due to it being three overdue... again my fault for not realizing this until now. I had been dealing with two representatives, Feomar and Gabriel. They both had been great and was able to help me out with my situation. I really enjoy using this app and will continue to do so due to the wonderful customer service I had received. Thank you again!

I could not get my phone verified an SMS tax would not be sent. It said it could not. I sent a message to support and within less than 24 hours I was given several options and a complete fix it show that customer support was very helpful.

Ibotta employs amazing customer service representatives. If I've had an issue with an offer they are quick to respond, and they do what they can do to make things right in a timely manner. I've dealt with very friendly, helpful people which goes a long way.

Every time I submit a receipt from Any Bar I only get credit for one of the items when the limit is two and I our have two. I am unable to submit again for review after one time. I am still missing $4 from a Malibu rum offer from 6/10/25.
I've had nothing but positive experiences using Ibotta! They offer cash back on a great selection of items. Some items are actually free after the cash back offer. Ibotta is a great way to make your dollar stretch farther! Thanks Ibotta!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
