Once again an item I purchased was not credited even though I scanned it twice and both times it was accepted. It was indicated that item couldn't be located on receipt but it was as clear as day.

I use Ibotta every time I shop online or if I go to a store I will upload my receipt for deals. I find that Ibotta has the highest get back deals than other similar savings apps.
I double check everything in the store & you're telling me it's ineligible I bought 6 Cesar's checked the label scanned in store & it was green saying it was good but your telling me it's ineligible. Then I tried to add my Kelloggs Fruit Loops for missing cash but it had already taken the Cesar's & now I can't enter it for missing cash. I would have never bought these items I always scan them in the store & see if they're eligible which I did.
I had a product that I did not get taken care of at first view of the receipt. I notified Ibotta help support and within an hour, I had my credit money in my account. Thank you for being so prompt with no problems.

Most of the time everything works. But on several occasins I have purchased the exact described product scanned the receipt and the product barcode only to get 'barcode does not match'. This happened a couple of days ago I purchased 4 bottles of Ocean Spray cranberry juice 64 oz. And received this notice when I tried to submit the receipt. I re-read the described offer several times and the product is exactly as described.
I have been using ibotta for about a year and have got back over two hundred dollars on products I get for my family and I give my older kids stuff I get for free or under 10 dollars this is a great place to get cash back and NEVER HAVE I HAD ANT PROBLEMS GETTING MY CASH BACK
In the last month I have had to go through all your hoops to get the cash back I earned on purchases. I have to track it and request the amounts. You have given me credit for two items on one receipt and missed six others. But mostly the entire receipt is just ignored. When it try to submit the receipt, it tells me it has already been submitted. You have subsequently asked to submit a copy of the receipt so you can verify the purchases - I already submitted a photo with the original request!
Not to mention that after all of this, you finally give me the credits, but don't apply the purchases to the bonuses. I have repeatedly asked for help to figure out what is wrong with my linked card and walmart and am told that I might be using another card that is linked - NOT, I have ONE credit card. There is a problem on your end
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
