I have interfaced a few times with Ibotta. Most recent is getting my money from them. They assured me that they will have a program in place for getting my money.
Sometimes the app doesn't recognize things that it should, but the Ibotta team has always resolved my concern!
Everytime I submit a giant eagle reciept - either your computer or your reps can't tell how to read that it's a sale from a coupon! I will shop the sales then use ibotta! Cause it's better than their coupons! But yous always think when the sales price comes off it's couoons! Smdh! So I have to send the sales ad pic to you to show you. 🙄 your policy says nothing about not being able to shop sales! And when I submit it- I never get full money back. Like on this. I scanned receipt. It said 3 General Mills cereal bars. I had actually got 12 all together…. But 6 of these kind! So I had all 5! So I put 5! It said pending …. Waited all evening. Lol. Then see you for cash…. Only to see I got paid for 4. Hahahaha. Like what the world! Smh! Why? I think ibotta should offer me a job from home. Cause I'm really good at matching the sales up with deals.i think.

I really like it cause i get my savings right away and if am missing any offers that i missed checking it will let me know and it will add it. I appreciate that, cause every penny counts.

I made an online purchase with rebate. I did not get the full rebate initially and reached out to the help center. I expressed my disappointment and the team make it right and gave me the rebate I expected!

I had an issue pop up a few days after a purchase where points were taken away after they had been approved. I couldn't reach out through my transaction because the items were incorrectly marked as ineligible so when i pressed missing cash back i couldnt resubmit those items. There was no other way to contact support so I went through the chat bot in the help page and asked it for a person several time until it gave me the option to write in to a team member on my own. I reached a team member who didn't understand my original complaint but happily granted me 2 dollars however my issue was unresolved. I reached out again and thankfully a team member named jovie contacted me, she reviewed the transaction, in which she recognized and solved the issue. Thank you Jovie for being thorough!

I have repeatedly sent emails regarding the fact that my account is temporarily locked for my protection and to contact customer service. I have done so over 10 times and no response. I have worked hard for these earnings and I'm highly disappointed.

The receipt clearly showed 10 yogurts purchased but i then had o manually scan each container and this happens more often than not.
I just started using this app about two weeks ago. The part I don't understand is where you choose your grocery store and select "shop", which is what I did. Twice it's said it's for "any" receipt and will work with your loyalty number. This is not working.
I love the concept, and love to save money on things I buy normally.

Sometimes an item you bought doesn't get credited for whatever reason. And sometimes it can take some repeated prodding to get it done. But it's most often resolved satisfactory. The problem is when it doesn't complete a bonus even when they credit $$$$ money for the item. All in all, kudos 👏 for the customer service representatives doing a mostly thankless job.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
