I loved this at first. Now, 2 months later, I feel I more often than not savings are being missed and I have to scan and show what I have purchased. Most recently, even though I scan and sent the multiple items, it didn't pay out. Disappointing.

I have loved my experience with Ibotta. From the customer service, to the cash back bonuses, I have LOVED it! My husband calls it "girl math" but I love being able to trade my cashback for gift cards for myself.
I scanned items on the app in the store, the bar code matches. I check out redeem my receipt and then I didn't get the credit for the item. I dig the item out of my bag and scan as missing item…again it matches up. Three days later the receipt is finalized and I still get no credit. Now I have to start over and send in a notification that I am missing cash back!

When I go through the available coupons, I see things I have not tried before, because of the cost. It inspires me to try out the new things.
I checked off Vital eggs on Ibotta site. It said I could purchase up to five dozen. I bought 2 dozen with 2 separate receipts since it is easier to download picture. I only got credit for one dozen. I took second picture and went to upload it and never got credit for the purchase which is expensive. I was very disappointed. This also happened once before with 2 containers of prunes I purchased.
Ibotta is easy to use and the money back is great! You have to check the app often for offers but it's worth it!

Not happy at all with the changes that have been made. Find it very difficult to find where to upload receipts. I still only find it by chance. Not sure why this change was made, but if it could be fixed so that each store has the upload receipt option that would be great!

This app is so easy to link your MVP cards or if you have to, upload a receipt! The app is easy to use just be sure you see the stores in which the cash back offers apply. I have saved so much extra money with the flash sales and daily grocery item deals. The offers are on pretty much most things you might would buy, which is nice. Coming from someone who has saved over $200 extra over and above other coupons you might have, I love iBotta!
For the most part, Ibotta is an easy, fun, and rewarding program to experience. All things come with ups and downs (ex. Good cash back offers, bonus deals, holiday challenges vs. missed deals, service connection issues, and so offers not attaching at times). But for the most part I will continue to use this program and refer others to use it as well.

Normally I have no problem but from time to time, the clarity in the fine print can be misleading (missing cash back & subjective to customer service understanding when sending a ticket in). However, I say the system works well flaws and all. Thanks for the opportunity to save money in this day and age.
Easy cash back. Ibotta is the only app that I use.
Immediately corrected my issue with one email and credited my missing cash.
What is most impressive is that ibotta is much more accurate than some of the other apps I use. The offers match up with my receipts a lot more often with ibotta! If something is wrong they are quick to fix it!
There are too many uncommon merchandise brands. They are not carried in my local Safeway store and it's the only local store included in the Ibotta app.
