I had a problem with my local Walgreens not being able to print my paper receipt, I contacted ibotta and Angie W reached out and took care of my problem within one outreach. I appreciate her rapid responses and understanding!
I was having a problem entering a receipt for a purchase while using Ibotta. All it took was a short email with receipt attached and within hours the funds where applied to my account. I am 65 and not computer littered but they couldn't have made this more easy for me.
I blocked my account as I didn't remember my password. They response faster than I thought and with the solution. I'm so happy that I could recover my account!

When I had an issue involving a missing rebate I was emailed back within hours. My concern was met with respect and concern. Everything was resolved promptly.

I purchased 5 items that had a rebate expiring in 1 day. A couple of hours after purchasing I submitted my receipt and it said there were no offers. I looked under my list for the item, and it was completely gone! I was shocked. I contacted Ibotta to find out what happened to the rebate. They Informed me that any rebate could be stopped at any time. They were gracious enough to award me for $10 I would have gotten from the rebates. Thank you so much. It is much appreciated.
I help my senior citizen mom with her account because she is not good with technology. She doesn't really use it. We have the same first and last name and live at the same address. I was also trying to open one for my father. Instead of doing it on their computer or phone. I did it on mine since we were out shopping. Well, apparently you can't do that. Fine, I have tried explaining this over and over again. My mother and I have offered to send in IDs that we have the same address and name. We have asked for confirmation on how to proceed if we open accts on their own devices. We just keep getting robots sending us the terms for Ibotta. I get your terms. But, lets face it. Ibotta disciminates against disabled and elderly people that have a hard time getting to the store. They make it hard to use their system for pick up orders and delivery. But, when you are being upfront about the mistake and offering evidence to show how the mistake was made. No one wants to even take a look. Shame on Ibotta. I brought this up in the begininng of opening my acct since I have health issues also. But, ibotta doesn't care.
I have earned a lot of savings over the years! If I have had any issues, they were quick to respond and correct the mistake.
I have had great experience with Ibotta. Not only is it a great way to make extra money, but they are quick to respond to inquiries. I had a question about a cash back issue, and they responded in my favor in less than 24 hours, over the weekend! I highly recommend.
They are always very fast to respond to your questions and concerns amd always do their best to resolve your issue.

Been using ibotta for few years now and I love making a little extra money on the side.
I use ibotta regularly and shopped as I normally did. This one peticular store does the submitting of the receipt and offer so I expected the refund to show up in my account. They then sent an email saying I missed the cash offer to go onto the app and resubmit the offer, even though there is no way to the customer to submit the receipt. I then replied to the email to which they asked for a picture of the receipt, that they had already received and a picture of the offer. They denied to pay it saying:

Your purchase was made at a 3rd party retailer instead of Food Lion.
You may have used discounts or promotions not provided by Ibotta during your purchase.
Other discount apps or websites running in the background might have interfered with the Ibotta and retailer connection.
The Ibotta link may have expired before your purchase was completed.
None of these applied. They wouldn't give me a straight answer and stopped responding to my emails. Nice way to treat a long time customer.
UPDATE: They added the money to my account. Why didn't they do that in the first place?
I noticed I did not get money back on an account that I have linked to Ibotta, so I reached out to customer service. My issue was quickly remedied. Ibotta credited my account with the expected amount.
Everything was handled in an email, and a couple of hours.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
