I've been with Ibotta for many years now. I've only had two issues about not getting the cash back. The issues were solved within two hours or less.
It was pretty simple just slightly frustrating as it took sorta forever for my rebates to be processed. Which I understand since as many loops as I had to jump I'm sure so did the people that helped me. However, the individual who assumed my account was already linked with no proof was annoying. Regardless everyone else was nice, respectful and fast to reply.!

I am very upset with this site. It doesn't work half the time. I use it every week but it's so aggravating trying to put in the items that you get money back for. It's runs that little circle and doesn't add the product. And then says something went wrong
I reached out to Ibotta care because my Walmart receipt wasn't scanning. I needed to claim 9 rebates. I sent them all the information and they credited my account in less than 24 hours. They are excellent!

I scanned my receipt last night and it showed I earned $2.40 on my purchases. One for Raisin Bran Cereal, 2 Kodiak Pancake Mixes and an any receipt. This morning I had an email showing I earned.30 cents for the Raisin Bran. Just wondering what happened to the rest of my earnings. Ibotta sure isn't what it used to be when I started. Starting to have some real concerns.
I have been using Ibotta for 10 years now and absolutely love it! Every time I have an issue (which is only a handful of times), customer service is so fast and accommodating.
I scroll though the offers, pick the ones I use, send photo of receipt and my savings are added to my account. Siple but fun.

They wouldn't honor their cash back because they value profits over people. A waste to go through and choose items when they won't give you the cash back. Guess they need the money more than the customers. Just returned my items since it wasn't worth it for me.
They are part of the reason why prices are so high, companies have to raise prices so Ibotta can "discount" them even though they won't give you the money.

So, there have been several occasions when I see cash back offers on Ibotta and I purchase the item and the offer is gone or changed. It's not like I screenshot before purchase to prove it was there. End up having to make another trip to return the item. Be wary…I know some offers are gone if many consumers use it but with other offers, it literally changes randomly.

After having a purchase denied twice, I contacted the help desk and they had the issue resolved in minutes.
Great app. One thing I'd caution for other people is to scan what you're buying as you shop to make sure the coupon/rebate applies to your item. Have bought the wrong item in the past and customer service was quick and helpful!
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
