I love Ibotta! It's Ana amazing app that helps you save money on everyday essentials! Especially in this economy we could all use a little help and extra savings in our pockets!
The biggest complaint I have about this is they Deny half of my receipts and a lot of times when you shop online through their app.You do not get credit for anything.And if you reach out to them it can take months for them to fix it which is totally unacceptable. It seems like more work than it's worth. The higher the Rebate.

I have tried the "I'm missing money" option twice and still haven't fixed the problem! I'm only being credited for 3 bottles of jergens and 3 bottles of gold bond. I AM SUPPOSED TO BE CREDITED FOR 5 BOTTLES OF JERGENS AND 3 BOTTLES OF GOLD BOND! FOF A TOTAL OF $14.50. PLEASE FIX THIS FOR ME. I TRIED THE "IM MISSING MONEY" OPTION 2 SEPARATE TIMES AND THE ISSUE STILL ISNT BEING RESOLVED! PLEASE AND THANK YOU 🙏🏻
Didn't receive cash back on certain grocery items. Contacted Ibotta Help and they resolved the issue immediately and I received my cash back. Very happy with the quick response!
I had 2 receipts that were denied due to being too old although they were not. I submitted a request to fix it, and they responded quickly. They fixed it immediately, and I was pleased with their rapid response and ability to easily resolve the issue.
The agent Ronnie was responsive, very cooperative and efficient.

Customer service was very helpful with a dollar shave club offer that didn't load. Handled it promptly adding the correct 7.00 to my account for the 2 offers.
