I have been looking for extra ways to help save money and Ibotta has helped. It takes a minute to save the coupons/rewards but it's always nice getting a little money back. I use the any receipt or any brand items alot. It's not easy getting the bonuses especially in today's world of costs especially with brand names. However it's nice having the little nest egg built up in ibotta and when I can't make the paycheck stretch I can have the cash transfered to my account. It's not alot at least for me but sometimes even $20 can make a huge difference.
It would be nice to have a select all for the stores I frequent because if you try to load too many it gives an error message letting you know to stop for a minute.
I don't usually get the mid week warrior bonus or weekend warrior bonus because the quantity is to high and I can't afford to buy that much.
Inflation and the insane price of every day essentials is depressing so when I get an email that says you've got cash back even if it's only 25 cents. 50 cents, or 75 cents it's nice. Every little bit helps for me anyway.
I would recommend ibotta to people and if you can afford name brand items and can buy the quantities for the bonus' you could get more out of the app.

You are going to buy groceries. Why not save money too. This site is user friendly. Look for products with money back and submit your receipt. Easy!

Ibotta used to be pretty good 👍 The last couple of years, though, many grocery receipts are missing. I've emailed customer support and they end up giving me some credit, but it's not correct.

Not many products to choose from! Very time consuming!

They fixed my problem in a timely manor. Very satisfied with the customer service.

It's easy to use. If you miss a coupon Ibotta will send you a notification to look at your purchases. They will let you add whatever you left off.

There's really no downside. Sometimes you get cash back for things you would be buying anyway, sometimes it offers 100% cash back on new products for you to try, and there's always bonuses available to earn extra money just for redeeming a certain number of offers.

I had an issue getting my cash back due to the way my items were listed on my receipt, and trying to fix it on the app didn't work. I informed customer care on Sunday evening, and someone fixed my issue completely on Monday morning. This is the first time I've had to contact Ibotta with my issues (the rest were either fixed on the app or turned out to be the result of cashiers not scanning all my items rather than a problem with Ibotta), and I'm very pleased.

Love this. Great app and great way to save and make money. It's also fun.

This app by far, hands down is better than any other. I have saved so much money for my family and if there has been any issue or question- they get back to me almost immediately. I am so impressed.

I like the upgrades to the Ibotta app in which it helps me to capture items that I may have not originally had selected for cashback.

Missing cash back after ap showing eligible for $1.10 back then only giving me 10 cents back. No easy way to contact you! Where did $1.00 disappear to!
