I like the upgrades to the Ibotta app in which it helps me to capture items that I may have not originally had selected for cashback.
Missing cash back after ap showing eligible for $1.10 back then only giving me 10 cents back. No easy way to contact you! Where did $1.00 disappear to!
I purchase two NY Texas toast that was clearly on the Ibotta app. 8 slices or more. I didn't receive credit from my receipt.
I bought 12 items all prechecked before shopping, verified correct item, paid and scanned receipt. Three items came back ineligible. Eventually they were credited but while they did that they then made 2 others ineligible. I saw they came back as purchase able again so I scanned items and receipt again. This is after more than 10 emails. So how did u help me. Should have been a much less frustrating experience.
I thought I was missing a rebate from a receipt I uploaded. The ibotta team replied to my email within minutes, even though it was a Saturday. They looked into it and told me I never included the rebate prior to purchasing it. I know i hit the + sign, just didn't check to make sure it clicked. My mistake. The ibotta team was very quick and professional. Will highly recommend ibotta.
Even though the rebate states it can be used up to several times on separate receipts, that is not true. After writing them about missing rebates I was informed they can be used once, then you need to wait for another offer to appear.

I enjoy using Ibotta. It's so pretty easy to get free money just by doing the shopping you normally do.
Twice I had issues with Safeway and ibotta giving me cash back and bonus credit for items purchased. I submitted a Help Ticket, attached a pic of my receipt and the ibotta items. Both times ibotta customer service replied quite quickly, gave the correct cash back and the correct bonus items. Thank you so much!
Since getting this app, I have saved $500! It's helped me save on all home and cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, toothpaste/brush, and more. I recommend this app for any beginners wanting to save! It's a good app, that isn't complicated and super helpful!

I am disappointed with redeeming with Wal Mart. Rarely does the bar code scan. Then when I put in a notification about it, the Ibotta team has never given me full credit for the coupons that they make you list out. It takes usually 3 correspondences to get my credit. This most recent time even worse. It is like they are instructed not to give out full credit. Is it really worth the time anymore?
I love this app. Not only do you get cash back but when you have a problem customer service and support is on it immediately! I can't lose using Ibotta.
Put in a ticket for missing cash on a linked account and the matter was handled very timely
I love getting cash back from products that I already purchase normally. I save up until Christmas and cash out. The only thing I don't like is the fact that on the 100% cash back, there are a lot of pet coupons and I don't have any pets. You can't get it tailored to your needs.
Sometimes Kroger has these reduce prices on items. Sometimes they ring in Kroger item sometimes they ring in the brand. Ibotta will sometimes give you cash back sometimes they won't and you have no way to submit a claim! It's very frustrating
I purchased a product it said 15 to 18 count I got it I went to scan my receipt and it said could not be found. Half the time the product Ibotta gives Its products I don't use. My friend says purchase it anyway but to me that money I spent on something that will sit in my cabinets. I wish they would put products I actually used. But I do love I can scan any receipt and get.10 back.
