Ibotta pointed out to me that i had an eligible item that i could redeem from an on line purchase. I was not aware of this item having ibotta cash back. They gave me 24 hours to claim the rebate. Very nice as i would have missed out on a nice amount of cash back. Thank you!

Love this app! I have saved over $2000 using it. It is easy to navigate. Having the store accounts connected to Ibotta is a huge plus. All of the work is done for me. The option to take a photo of the receipt is helpful too. Makes it easy to earn cash back at the stores I don't shop at as often.

I had an issue with missing rebates, after two tickets it got resolved. I am pleased customer service went back and reviewed the receipt and issued all my rebates. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied. It's great that customer service doesn't let technical issues fall by the wayside.
I had half of my cash back missing not because of Ibotta but because Walmart online sent my package in two separate orders for the same offer. So the first package that came in took up my offer. So went the second came in they helped get the full limit offer to me!
