Persil laundry detergent 100 oz. Not had any problem except for the past couple of weeks.

They are constantly not giving the proper cashback. I can have a Frequent shopper card linked, and it still doesn't give the right cash back. Constantly not recognizing what's on a receipt. Constantly having to submit missing cashback and taking pictures of items and receipts and submitting evidence to get the proper cash back. It's exhausting how to do this consisted basis. Once again today right after this review, I have to do a missing cashback again. I was supposed to get $2.60 back and it gave me $.10. So here we go again, and this is always happening. I'm tired of the excuses and I'm tired of having to argue to get the cash back. Always giving the excuses of did you add the item before you shopped. Yes I did. I've been doing this for years, so I'm not a dummy. Did you scan the barcode to make sure it's correct. I've been doing this for years. I'm not a dummy. The errors are on their end, not my end. They're just full of excuses.

It is very rewarding...and savings and savings...savings... savings and more savings...!

I've had really good luck in the last two weeks on finding rebates for products that I use! And have earned cash back at CVS on the same items with "buy 2, get $5" offers! I cashed in $32 of Ibotta rebates for a Starbucks gift card and am earning double points with it this weekend!

I shopped at Piggly Wiggly, I have my account linked to Ibotta. I forgot to check to see if there was any cash back items to add before I checked out. They contacted me to ket me know I missed some cash back. I thought I just missed out on it, but they told me how to get the cash back. That was great that they did that.

This app is a good way to cut prices on products you use and a good way to experiences new things at a fraction of the cost.

Once again I did not get my cash reward! I bought 5 twitch and did not get credit! Last week I bought several things that I deserved credit for. One of them was Gain pods!

I am impressed! I'm pretty diligent about adding offers, but when I placed an online CVS order I got an email alerting me I missed something. I added it and immediately got my $5 credit. Pretty cool!

I purchased a 141 oz all detergent and on the ibotta app it says that there's a $4 rebate when I scan the item it said this is correct when I Uploaded the receipt it only gave me a $3 credit

Ibotta makes it extremely easy to find and select items with cash back offers at your favorite retailers. It is just as easy to redeem those offers and receive your cash back earnings. Something I just learned today, is that if you have your receipt automatically sent to Ibotta when you shop and you purchase items that qualify for cash back (but you didn't pre-select it) Ibotta will let you know and give you a chance to claim the cash back! They found $3.00 that I had missed when selecting my deals!

I like using Ibotta the cash back is great, it adds up quickly, as long as you follow two Simple Rules #1: Select everything you want the day you're going shopping
#2: Make sure you scan that receipt that day because if, whatever it is, that's the last day of its cash back it doesn't matter that you bought it on or before the day it expires you'll lose that cash back if the receipt was not submitted before the products cash back offer is expired.

Missing cash back on an item. The chat help is useless. Need a way to type up an issue so it can get corrected. The robot chat is no help at all.

Not sure how the large letters spelling GIANT at the top of the receipt is something the app can't identify 🤔, also most of the any brand offers don't recognize any brand.

I've been with Ibotta for many years now. I've only had two issues about not getting the cash back. The issues were solved within two hours or less.
