I recently purchased an item and was not aware that the item I purchased qualified for a cash back. I received an email from Ibotta, followed the instructions and was able to retrieve/submit the item listed on the my cash back offer listing's and earned a cash back immediately! Ty Ibotta for being honest :)

Some receipts don't drop, missing cash back on several occasions. Customer service via email has corrected a few but still missing some. It's become too time consuming to use.
