I have had wonderful success using ibotta most times. The times it requires me to contact them to get the cash back I deserve for my purchases, I get frustrated. I really wish it always worked like I expect!
I have used Ibotta for 5 years or more! Why people don't take the money they GIVE you for taking a pic of a receipt is beyond me. Customer service with any rebate question is quick and they get it resolved. In a world where you can't rely on ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE, Ibotta is refreshing.

This is a great app and by far my favorite out of all the cashback/reward apps that I have used! Anytime I have an issue with the app or a promotion it always gets resolved to my satisfaction regardless of the reason. It doesn't happen often but if you find you are missing cash back it is fast and easy to contact Ibotta. Once contacted they are fast at reviewing your circumstances and get you your missing cash right away! I love Ibotta!
My DIL found this app, so I downloaded it bc who doesn't love cash back, except there aren't many organic or healthy foods, I finally after one month could redeem 0.10 off my Whole Foods receipt, so with the 5.00 for the first time user reward I finally have a balance, so far not very impressed, I may update this review if I feel otherwise in the future

The last several months have not had great deals. A lot of items I don't use/need. Since you track what we buy, it would make more sense to give more of those deals.
