I started using this app a little over a year ago and it seems to work really well with my lifestyle. And the stores that are available and the way that you can redeem and get it immediately following the process. I find it quite easy for I'm doing my grocery shopping, I Go into the site and check anything that I would possibly buy and so it turned out to be one that works very well for me and they have a very responsive care team. If i have any questions or issues thank you.

I earned approximately $29.75 in cash back on my purchase. I did not receive the $4 for an approved carols daughters item, so I submitted for missing cash back. Once I returned to the app the amount of $25.75, which was already cashed out, had been reversed. Please help asap! As I have offers I would like to redeem right away.
I've saved probably hundreds n was able to use the gift cards to get gifts for Christmas so I'm all in for that
I have been using Ibotta for several years now. Besides being a fun tool to use I have saved QUITE a bit over the years. It works pretty darn well but from time to time experiences some small issues. However when those happen my experience is that their customer support does a great job in resolving the issues. Highly recommended. This app should be on every shopper's phone.
An offer was denied even though the product was on my receipt. I no longer have the item to scan the barcode. The chatbot was useless and I didn't get an option to talk to a real person. I finally figured out what to say to the chatbot in order to have the option to submit a ticket. So frustrating!
My items didn't scan properly at the store so I was not given credit for the items on Ibotta, initially. I reached out and explained that the items were scanned as "non taxable items" and provided picture proof. Ibotta credited my account within a few minutes. I really appreciated the help and quick response time.

Ibotta is the best rebate app around! I have saved so much money by getting money back for things I already buy and they give you the chance to try new products for free or really low prices. I would not go without using Ibotta now that I have been using it.

It is ridiculous that you cannot submit your receipt if it is to long. After trying 12 times I folded it in the middle so the retailer and barcode could still be seen. Albertsons and Winco are long. Well now I am getting locked out for security reasons. I was not altering the receipt to cheat anyone, just trying to make it
Fit. Even if you tap the longer receipt. You can not get close enough to make it fit.
