Your Any Bar offer as usual is screwed up. Every time, and I mean every time I enter a receipt for 2 drinks each item you credit me for one! Every time! Then I have jump thru hoops to get you to do it right! Why is that!?!?
The issue was was solved as always. The question is; why did I have to go through this every single time I do it?
I didn't receive my cashback for my Walmart online order so I contacted ibotta. They replied as always and I had to send them a screenshot of the purchase with the order #, date, amount including taxes, etc. It took quite a while to find that in my emails, texts, and after figuring out how to take a screenshot to send to them, they replied that it could've been 3 reasons why it hadn't gone through so I said that there's no point in using Walmart on the Ibotta app for online orders in the future and then was given the.93 cash back. I don't know if it was worth all that but that's what I use the app for and maybe I learned something about screenshots. The way I shop, It takes a good while to build up money and I have redeemed my cash back quite a few times. All in all Ibotta has never failed me. If you have a little extra time, it doesn't hurt to make a little extra money. Every little bit helps.

Everytime I submit a receipt with multiple purchases which fall within the guidelines of Limit 2, Limit 3, etc I am always only given credit for purchasing 1. I am having to constantly follow up to receive the additional cash back which is extremely frustrating.
Twice I didn't get the correct credit for things I bought. The problem was resolved either the next day or the same day. Very quick help
The last 2 times I scanned stuff I only got credit for 1 item when I bought 2 of them. Frustrating
I don't understand why, when you redeem offers on walmart.com, they don't count towards bonuses.

I am of course, missing cash back. I even scanned the barcodes. You guys come back and state that it wasn't on the receipt, when it's clearly on the receipt. But instead of giving an easy option to respond and resend the receipt or anything along those lines, you make the Customer jump through hoops to go resubmit it. Of which, of course, when trying to resubmit it, my screen froze. I have to go through your prompts of basic questions that are asked every time when I just wanna submit a request. Such a waste of time.
I was missing two credits from a recent grocery store order and submitted a "help" request. The issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

I acrue money every week on products I buy anyway. I enjoy trying new products also, with a discount, it's an incentive. If I find I'm missing money from a rebate through Ibotta, they are quick to gather all of my info and give me the rebate. Thanks Ibotta for saving me money!
The technicians are wonderful and thoughtful and work very hard for us
I had no difficulties with the process of uploading receipts. The only issue is that it is unclear when the bar code needs to be scan vs just using the receipt.
It takes a little time in the beginning to understand all of it, but I love it!
