I checked off items that I was purchasing. I scanned the receipt and it didn't give me credit. I had to manually scan the bar codes. I was allowed 5 of the item it just gave me credit for 1. App is not easy to use b why bother.

If I have any problems with a rebate they handle it very fast with no problem.
I've had to contact customer service a few times with questions and they've always been so quick in answering, and very helpful in explaining everything.
Your Any Bar offer as usual is screwed up. Every time, and I mean every time I enter a receipt for 2 drinks each item you credit me for one! Every time! Then I have jump thru hoops to get you to do it right! Why is that!?!?
The issue was was solved as always. The question is; why did I have to go through this every single time I do it?
I didn't receive my cashback for my Walmart online order so I contacted ibotta. They replied as always and I had to send them a screenshot of the purchase with the order #, date, amount including taxes, etc. It took quite a while to find that in my emails, texts, and after figuring out how to take a screenshot to send to them, they replied that it could've been 3 reasons why it hadn't gone through so I said that there's no point in using Walmart on the Ibotta app for online orders in the future and then was given the.93 cash back. I don't know if it was worth all that but that's what I use the app for and maybe I learned something about screenshots. The way I shop, It takes a good while to build up money and I have redeemed my cash back quite a few times. All in all Ibotta has never failed me. If you have a little extra time, it doesn't hurt to make a little extra money. Every little bit helps.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
