Love the app easy to use and they have alot of great choices for your every day use.
Very easy to scanbthe barcode with the item and they cash back reward is really fast it makes it very nice to shop for the things you use in your every day life.

I'm blown away at the amazing customer service! I had an issue with an offer that wouldn't no through to get credit. I went online to send a message on what happened. The online message also allowed me to send pictures. That in itself helped. Not expecting a reply, I checked my email a few minutes after sending the message. Dang! I received message that the issue was resolved. WOW! Kudos to Ibotta! Took me longer to gather pics and screenshots and message. Thank you!

The Ibotta Care Team has always been prompt in responding to tickets...no complaints there! My reason for the four stars instead of five is that there are occasional (bordering on frequent) instances that a purchased product, clearly stated on a receipt, is not only not recognized for a cash back offer but scanning the barcode itself on the packaging isn't recognized. (And, yes, I read the details on the eligible products!) Aside from added work to get the cash back, oftentimes the packaging has been removed and discarded if my family needed to use the product right away.

I'm so happy with Ibotta, I only need to ask you a favor: please if a rebate doesn't permit a coupon, write it on the offer. The Boost Nutritional Drink packages at Walmart doesn't clarify in the offer that is not possible to use coupon, please clarify in the offer. Thanks for everything Ibotta!

I have had an issue the past two purchases of my watermelon. I literally took a picture of the sign that says it's a Florida melon this time and still refused. I was also refused a refund from pillsbury biscuits but the picture shows the small biscuit cans in the picture..

I love using this app and saving money on products I use every day and also to try new products. Easy to use and great savings. I prefer this over other apps because you actually get money back instead of points. It makes it easy to understand your savings.

I especially like the fact that Ibotta gives cash unlike many others that give points only. The search engine could be improved however, because you have to be way to specific to see if there is an offer on the items you have purchased.

I love Ibotta best app I ever downloaded. It helps me get what I need for my 4 Girls.

Getting to the point you almost need a special app that interfaces between the other cash back apps. Example iBotta and Walmart Cash - ibotta might have the same cash back but say limit 5 while Walmart only allows one, OR ibotta will offer.75 back limit 3 and walmart 1.00 back and limit one...these are just two examples of hundreds of variances between just two competing apps...of course there are more...how does the consumer keep track of it all? It's impossible, so like me, you wind up choosing just one, it may not give as much back 'some of the time' but it's less buggy and works without constantly having to reach out to correct a rebate owed but not awarded...I have used ibotta for years but it is simply becoming too time consuming given what is stated above. So far Walmart cash has worked with zero errors...that may change but for now it is more stable.

Ibotta is not a great app for myself. It never picks up all of my rebates. I always have to correct the receipt,

I just have to say I am so glad I no longer have to scan each individual item to get cash back anymore, it was such a pain! Thank you for removing that stipulation, as I would not scan my receipts for a couple of days and by then, the item may have already been used and thrown away. Also, cash back was quick. :) Thank you!

Ibotta emailed me to say they saw a purchase I had not claimed, but they allowed me to after the fact and gave me the $1.50!

Not good. I made 2 separate purchases for an item but the system is saying there's nothing to redeem from the second receipt.

I was hesitant to try this. I'm so glad I did. Very easy to earn cash and there are no hidden fees or obligations. This is so much fun! I'm telling everyone about Ibotta!
