Not sure if receipts are read manually by an actual person or machine but I keep on missing cash backs. Like this latest receipt I submitted. They only counted the essential energy drink as 1 when I purchased 4 and the receipt shows 4 essential drink in 1 line and not 4 separate lines: you should have seen that clearly as the price after is the price for 4. I have to always write every single time which is a bit annoying as if I'm begging to get cents from you guys. Also when I use the a store loyalty number, you credit my cash back at least a day after I purchased the products and you no longer count that for the bonus even though I purchased it within the bonus time frame. It's so frustrating that I feel you just ignore this instances as some people. Don't have the time to complain.

I can't express how much I love Ibotta. I buy groceries that I need and look through the list to see if there's a rebate. Oftentimes, there are many rebates of things on my list. Then, I add those items to my list and my cash back adds up quickly.
This is an app everyone could have so you can get cash back. It's very easy too.
Besides saving money, if you need any help, they come to your rescue!

I have tried the best to explain my experience with this app. Everytime I take the time to try the app again it seems to disappoint. I spend several hundreds on items and really don't have the best experience.

I had to submit my receipt three times before it acknowledged my purchase

My daughter started me with Ibotta and it's been a great savings. It's extremely simply to use once you figure it out. I earned over $270 in savings by purchasing things I use at home.

I bought key lime pie multi pack yogurt yiu said it's nit on receipt it's on line 4

I find the process very easy and quickly. Self-explanatory. I like the ability to be able to ask questions and get a response.

This week I had three experiences of Ibotta not giving me money back on three different qualifying receipts. After submitting one receipt that was claimed ineligible purchase THREE TIMES, they finally gave me their promised rebate. Still working on the other two with them, even though my purchases should have rebated money in my account as it is linked with store loyalty cards. Not hopeful, though, and probably won't use iBotta anymore. Toooooo much work to get money promised when they don't hold up their end of the deal.

I have been using it takes fir a while. Lately I relate hasn't been right. Even though I have scan and offer match cash back faile. Example I summit receipt yesterday. I have 2 any items. Only 1 was approved. I scan and it says "offer matches"
I'm tired keeps sending a ticket. Because that would not count towards to bonus. Although they are helpful. Hope the app works better it used to be better. Now? Not so much. Thank you.

Often I made a purchase based on the ibotta app only to find out it didn't qualify because I missed a criteria in the fine print. Just transferred the money I had to my PayPal account and deleted the Ibotta app.

I love using Ibotta to get savings on items I plan on purchasing. Sometimes I just like scrolling thru the app to seem what's available and learn about new items to try!

Support is amazing any time I have had to contact them with a issue it's resolved and very quickly I appreciate that! :)
