I rarely have issues, this time I had a box of cereal that was so recognized. It was the proper size, 8.9oz, and everything matched up, scanned just fine, but I was not given credit $.75.
I'm almost obsessive compulsive with the use of Ibotta. It is great to know that on most of the stores I use, I am able to have a percentage back with my purchases. There is also what I look as coupons available for items that I purchase. Unfortunately, I use a lot of store brand items because it is just more cost-effective these days so my Ibotta funds do not grow as quickly as others.
Every time I submit a receipt I never receive correct credit. Receipts clearly shows multiple items eligible for redemption but Ibotta's faulty system rejects the submission. I'm tired of going through the process to correct it. Because that also takes several attempts resolve.
Everytime i try to put the 6 digit code in so i could get into my account they would send me another number. They it wouldnt take the one that i was trying to put in. It did me like that 9 times until i just stop trying.

So easy to get cash back on things I routinely buy. Wish I found it sooner.
This app used to be great, but it has progressively gotten worst about paying out rebates. Now, half my items aren't auto-detected on the receipt, so I have to scan them in, but anything I scan manually is NEVER credited, even after "correcting" the receipt 5+ times. So then I have to open a ticket with support, who either lies and claims it was already credited when it was not, or else ignores the ticket and closes it without taking any action. There should be a class action against this clearly intentional scamming of users.

My problem for not receiving cash back through Walmart grocery was resolved. Glad to know it was a site wide issue that didn't only affect me. They were kind in their responses.
It is such a nice perk to get money back on items I use regularly and on those I want to give a test run.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
