I was on this app years ago and then I ghosted it. I am so glad I came back. I've made a little bit of cash just in the month I've been back. I could earn even more if I weren't so busy. And all on products that I already buy at places I already shop. The hardest part of this is that you have to remember to scan the bar codes before you throw anything away 🤣
A receipt didn't go through that I bought 5 bonus items on in order to complete the bonus. I sent them and email about it and they asked for a copy of the receipt. I sent it in and they gave me all my credits and the bonus
After all the time I spent strolling through the coupons on ibbotta and submitting a receipt I did not get all of my money for coupons. I was supposed to get 8.00 dollars back but only got half of what I was supposed to get.
I have no problems getting my cash back when I shop at Walmart. But when I shop at Dollar General it is always a problem. I have linked Dollar General and it has never worked. There should be an option to submit the receipt for Dollar General.
Have never had any issues getting missing money from the care Team.

It is so easy to use. Link it to your grocery store app and it literally does the work for you. Hassle free. Quick helpful tech support if needed. I've gotten over $100 back on the name brand things I already buy anyway.
Had an issue with had been to a location that we can Scan and check out through their app. We only had the e-mail version of our receipt and upon asking how to get credit for 2 items purchased, the representative quickly responded. I could prove the purchase and was quickly provided with the credit from the two items.
The customer support is always responsive and pleasant to work with.
I wish you would add item that I purchase. This is why I can't earn more cash back. Also I am a senior citizen and I don't need to buy as much food as you require at one time.

I was skeptical at first! I'm not a big technical person. I've found that it's so simple to earn cash back to use however I choose. One of my favorite things is to watch the gift cards purchase for an extra % off buying them with my ibbota earnings and then shopping online for even more money back on my purchases of every day products. I've had very few issues over the last few years with the app not crediting me on my purchases and when I did have an issue help from customer service was excellent. Keep up the great work I love ibbota.

I've been using this app for years now and love it! It's things I buy regularly or sometimes inspire me to try something new and get cash back in the process the bogos are the best. The cash out to your bank is really fast or the gift cards are instant. Any time I've had trouble or didn't get cash back on an eligible item and had to message them, they are so quick to relpy and polite to help. So far I've gotten 500 in cash back using it over the years it's helped a lot and absolutely worth it

Ibotta customer support is the best ever hands down
I read the conditions for getting the deals. When I submit receipts or shop at Walmart the deals aren't recognized. It is difficult and looking for another app that is more consistent.

There was no limit to this item. It did not have an expiration date on the deal. It disappeared so fast it's getting out of hand.

Easy to redeem rewards when loyalty cards are linked. It is great if you buy a lot of name brands.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
