This is the THIRD time that I've had multiples of an item where one doesn't automatically show up after scanning the receipt so I I crease the quantity and scan the barcode. It shows the correct amount if items and then the rebate is for one less. What gives, it's so frustrating. I have to e.ail custo.er support amd wait a week for them to fix it. Please fix this glitch.

It's becoming an issue more often that my offers aren't coming through and I'm constantly having to report it and send screenshots of everything multiple times!

Clearly, eyes do not see. When items are shown on receipt but only partial rebates given and review is rejected, it is hard to believe that both were unable to read.

I don't know what has changed, but I am getting tired of having to request a redo on my rebates because some weren't given. I have to report it, then wait at least a day for an answer then send in copies of everything that wasn't right then wait two or three days for a response. It gets a bit ridiculous.

Ibotta is the best. I would recommend this app to everyone. They strive for excellence. I think one time I had an issue, something was in my app that had expired, but it was probably my fault not being quick enough.

I have been using the Ibotta app for a little over a year now and over the last two months the site is allowing me to shop but not redeem any of the cash back offers other than the 2% cash back from Walmart. I have had to submit every receipt through the help center and then list every offer I had activated for that trip. And I'm still not getting all of the bonuses either. I don't know what's happened but it's very disappointing and I urge you to fix this issue.

You have to watch them, they are sly foxes in the hen house otherwise one of the best.

I have always used coupons and Ibotta makes it so much easier to save. I also love the quick and easy way to receive your cash back.

You specify certain products but the stores I go to don't have them or it isn't something I would try.

Ibotta is so easy to use. Quite often many of the items I typically buy are listed as options.

The stores should only show items that they actually carry.

I Enjoy Ibotta! It's like an adventurous game I play before and when I go shopping! Getting a little cash back from items that I already am buying, and trying out new items

Excellent rebates and variety. I have been using for about 8 yrs and have received over 11k back in rebates👍👍👍
