Ibotta is great. It has many stores and many items from almost all of the different categories of your monthly expenses. On top of that they offer bonuses for completing a specific number of offers within a specific timeperiod. Whenever I've had an issue, I contact the customer team and they resolve my issue within a day or two. They also offer cashback for giftcards which I recently found out and was amazed. It really helps when you're on a budget because you can get money back directly in your bank account. Additionally you can also use your balance to buy giftcards to reduce your out of pocket pay.
So simple and easy to do! I love this app! I'd recommend anyone to give it a try.

I love the notification if I bought something and forgot to select the offer so I never miss cash back! This really is an amazing app and when I withdraw my cash to my account, it's always there the next day.
Several times I was not given money fir items purchased, a senior in fixed income forced to buy multiple items to save. Liked it better when you just submitted your receipt.
I had bought Crest,but the receipt was not specific. Rejected initially, but submitting the UPC's worked for receiving $5. Thanks!

The app no longer works correctly. Item quantity is always wrong and i have to sumbit for review and they still get it wrong. Last time i filed a ticket and said i would be reimbursed correct amount and it never adjusted the quantity or gave me all the missing earned rewards.
It is becoming more and more of a problem to submit for offers that are clearly showing on the receipt. For example, I purchased detergent and the offer is $3 each item, up to 5. The items are clearly on the receipt but I only received credit for 1!

I have purchased honey at two different stores this week. I haven't received credit for either purchase.
Still missing cash - purchased 2 bottles of Nature's Truth Vitamin's only received $1 on one purchase. Submitted Missing Cash and still haven't received the other $1.00.
Both items are noted on the receipt & I scanned the UPC on each bottle.

I don't understand how your app instantly gives cash back for the cheap purchases but takes over 3 days to respond about cash back you owe me for purchases that have a lot.
I bought a product that I thought was the right one for $1.00 cask back. The Ibotta team researched it, and although it didn't quite comply, they gave me credit for the $1.00 and gave me ideas on how to check to make sure the product is the correct one in the future.
I've earned over $800 in just a few years from this app! As a senior who doesn't spend as much as a family on shopping, I consider this a great help!

I've used Ibotta for many years, and I love it. Lately, though, even when I scan purchases, it's missing them once finalized. It tends to be the same things over and over, such as Ryl tea. Every week, I get 3-5 Ryl teas, and it says I can use it up to 5 times, but even after I scan them, I still only get credit for one, if any. Their receipt
Scanning has gotten quicker and generally more accurate, but whatever has improved this also seems to be eliminating actual cash back on some items.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
