I have been experiencing a lot of issues with iBotta loading their deals, giving me the cash back on items I purchased with a receipt and even after scanning the items. It's really irritating.

Lately I have had to do the missing cash back lots then again point out that you didn't give me full credit. You have a copy of the receipt for example yesterday I put that I bought 3 and Ibotta only showed 1 I realize Whole Foods if you buy more than one only does one line then quantity 3. After you reviewed the receipt of 9/14, the quantity of cream cheese states 3 which I reported and yet you still came back and just added 1. This seems to be a major theme these days that Ibotta does read the receipt correctly and customer service still doesn't credit the right number even though I see the scanned receipt that you review showing the right quantity.

I appreciate the earnings as I am always trying to make my retirement income go as far as possible. With just a little effort and time, getting the extra funds is worth it! Just recently made it to $1000.
One of my offers wasn't working correctly. When I tried to use the chat it wasn't any help and just made me more irritated. I wish there was an easier way to contact customer service.

I have used this app and sometimes it doesn't give credit for something that is eligible and there seems to be no recourse to dispute it. Other than that it works although I have not withdrawn yet so when I try I hope that works!
I use Kroger pickup service. When I do so, I do not get the typical printed receipt. I get a receipt I can view on my phone or online. If I try to print and upload that receipt, the Ibotta app does not accept it. How can I get Ibotta cash back when placing pickup orders from Kroger?
About three items that scanned as qualifying. I was not able to immediately do the receipt because I had to get to my job. At lunch time I scanned my receipt but two of the items were missing from the offers so now I have to take them back.
I am fairly new to Ibotta. Went shopping at Walmart. Did not mark down the products I was intending to buy. Was informed by Ibotta that I bought one of the products on their list. Thankfully they gave me the credit when they did not have to because I didn't mark it off. They did the right thing by me. Thank you

At first I thot great, then it became a joke, I do all my shopping online, and the only store u really get credit for is walmart- after many issues in getting cash back from ibotta that I was due- ( which they kept blaming me, I decided I would just find a way to get a pay out- nope-so I can tell tem good bye! Well, since I haven't been able to, I no longer refer them, ( never got payment for referral anyway). And after the last message I got, the can keep my money and kiss my butt good bye-

Bought 2 packages of chicken and only got $1.25. Thought I was supposed to get $2.50
I ordered on line at Walmart flea medicine along with dog food. The items arrived and within a hour or two I had my cash back in my Ibotta account.
When i click "withdraw" for rewards it won't accept my phone number. I do not see a method to contact Ibotta in the app to resolve this issue.

I have used Ibotta successfully for years, and still do if I shop in store. For online shopping though, I can no longer get credit...just doesn't work with the iPhone app anymore and I cannot figure out why
